Claire Clarke is the strictest teacher in Maplewood, and she doesn’t allow book reports on romance novels in her classroom.

Matt Handel isn’t the first to try to challenge that rule, but he has back up— a note he found in Claire’s own handwriting, ‘I want an orgasm’.

He makes Claire an offer: he’ll get her off if she lets his niece write her book report on a romance novel.
